Pelatihan Eco Enzyme Berbasis Asset-Based Community Development Untuk Meningkatkan Pengetahuan Pengelolaan Sampah Dapur Masyarakat Desa Gunung Anyar,Kabupaten Bondowoso

Sampah dapur organik merupakan salah satu permasalahan utama di Desa Gunung Anyar, Kecamatan Tapen, Kabupaten Bondowoso. Rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah berdampak pada pencemaran lingkungan. Melalui kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata berbasis Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), dilakukan pelatihan pembuatan Eco Enzyme dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap warga terhadap pengelolaan sampah ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan melibatkan 24 responden dengan metode pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pengetahuan: pemahaman definisi Eco Enzyme naik dari 79,2% menjadi 95,8%, pengetahuan bahan baku dari 75% menjadi 91,7%, serta pemahaman proses fermentasi dari 4,2% menjadi 87,5%. Selain itu, kesadaran manfaat Eco Enzyme meningkat dari 66,7% menjadi 83,3%. Dari sisi sikap, kesadaran pentingnya pengolahan sampah naik dari 58,3% menjadi 87,5%, dan kepercayaan terhadap manfaat Eco Enzyme meningkat dari 58,3% menjadi 87,5%. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan partisipatif efektif dalam memperkuat literasi lingkungan dan mendorong perubahan perilaku masyarakat. Keberlanjutan program disarankan melalui pendampingan rutin dan pembentukan kelompok pengelola.
